The Golden Rums are aged in white oak Bourbon and Sherry barrels. Matured for 3 years on the beach in Barbados Cockspur Rum matures very quickly and as a result has much more character than some older rums. Deep fruity flavours with vanilla and spice give way to a buttery finish.
