Returns and Breakages · We will provide a full refund in respect of any products that are faulty. · We must be notified (by email to Customer Services) of faulty products within three working days of your receipt of them. We may require the faulty product to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary. · On the rare occasion where the products delivered are different from those ordered we must be informed of this within three working days of your receipt of them. We will arrange a collection of such products as necessary, once we have investigated the dispatch records for your order. · Returns should be made in the original, undamaged, packaging and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned products if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. · Products must not be returned to DRINKS2HOME in person.
